Highlights from the December 20, 2004 Division Council Meeting |

Interclub Contest -- Requirements for the
current year contest were distributed and
are available by clicking
here. Note the new Excel spreadsheet link at the bottom of the
Interclub page.

Meeting Room Expense -- The meeting room at for Division Council meetings
at John Knox will cost $50 per meeting, beginning with the January 17, 2005
meeting. Members present agreed to contribute to a voluntary donation jar
at each meeting to cover the cost of the meeting.

Hixson Fellow matching funds were still available as of 12/20/04, reducing
the actual cost of a Fellowship to $500 as long as matching funds are available.

The Harrisonville club will participate in the
Soils and Crops Conference by
providing meals free to the participants on 1/18/05.
-
The annual Kiwanis Pancake Day to support the Kiwanis Student Assistance Program
will be held at Bartle Hall on March 16, 2005.

The Kiwanis International 90th birthday will be held on 1/21/2005. Clubs
are encouraged to plan appropriate activities celebrating the birthday.

The Missouri-Arkansas Mid-Winter Conference will be held at Branson, MO on February
19-20, 2005 at the Lodge of the Ozarks. Registration information is shown
in the December Kiwanigram.
