Where: Metropolitan Hy-Vee Stores - Kiwanians will invite customers to purchase baby items and donate them to their club for distribution to a local service agency serving needy children. Click here for more information and locations to be served.

The Warrensburg Kiwanis Club's new meeting day is Tuesday at 6 pm, and new location is: Mazzio's Italian Eatery, 204 E. Young (Business 50 Highway), Warrensburg, 660-422-7200.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE DIVISION 4 COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 16, 2006

Healthy Lifestyles for Children is the MISSOURI-ARKANSAS district initiative. Click here to see the 3 year goals.
Kiwanis International Foundation has suggested that each club make a $5.00 per member donation yearly.
KEY LEADER PROGRAM - Lt. Governor Select Mary Ann Collier has been named the state coordinator for this program. Mary Ann is encouraging each club to sponsor one youth at a cost of $150.00 plus transportation, if you choose to pay the additional. The Missouri Key Leader weekend will be October 20-22 in Bourbon, MO. 50 youth are needed in order for the weekend to be a success. Target age is 8^th graders on up through high schoolers.

KIWANIANS FOR KATRINA's CHILDREN

A Grant of $10,000 was issued to the K-Bar-B Youth ranch for abused teenagers on March 1, 2006. The grant will be used to help rebuild a badly needed residence hall so the camp can once again serve children. Click here for the current status of the campaign.
