December 10, 2009 KIWANIS STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CHRISTMAS PARTY will be held at 12:00 pm, Drexel Hall, 3301 Baltimore, Kansas City, MO.  The Downtown Kansas City Kiwanis Club anticipates having gift needs for a total of 28 students.  All Kiwanis Clubs that would like to support the KSAP students with gifts or contributions should contact Dick Sneddon at 816-454-6704.  Lunch is $12/person.  Please RSVP to Dick Sneddon at 816-454-6704 or via e-mail at basneddon@aol.com.   For a printable flyer click here.

What:  Missouri-Arkansas District Mid-Year Conference Everyone that registers before January 21, 2010 will be entered to WIN Two Free Nights at the Mid Winter Conference! Meal Early Registration form due before February 1st.   Preliminary Information   Bring these items for kids for the Mid-Winter Service Project

Highlights from the October 19th Division 4 Council meeting

 

  • Earl Collins Scholarship applications from the division 4 high schools are due back to the club presidents by November 30th!  Clubs were asked to ensure that their local high schools have applications.  Please download the application forms here and hand deliver them this week.

  • The Hickman Mills school district wants a Terrific Kids program.  Raytown Three Trail club volunteered to make the contact.

  • Lt. Governor Coffman strongly encouraged clubs to promote their members to attend the Division 1 meeting in St. Joseph.
