Reservation deadline is Friday, February 3rd. Tables of 8-10 players are needed. It appears that we may have a team from Division 3, and a team from the Independence club. the more the merrier. It would be great to have the whole room filled with Kiwanians. We only have space for 13 round tables so don’t wait too long to turn in your team names and the entry fee. Minutes from the November 21 meeting were approved.

Discussion on potential changes to the Operating Procedures for Division 4 were deferred to the next meeting to be held on March 19. The committee chair was changed to T. R. Hoefle.

The Raytown Three Trails Kiwanis club is meeting at various locations. Contact the club secretary if you plan to visit a club meeting for the current location.
